WaterColor is a new urbanist community in Walton County, Florida designed by Cooper, Robertson & Partners in 1997. The 499-acre site is bounded by the Gulf of Mexico, Western Lake, Grayton Beach State Park, and the communities of Seaside and Seagrove Beach.
